1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the reservation within 24 hours before arrival, as well as no-show, will be charged in the amount of the ordered service. Departures before the confirmed time are also charged. In case of free cancellation of previously accepted credit transactions, money will be returned to the same card within 14 days.
1.2 Reservation Guarantee
Reservation confirmation is made with a credit card guarantee. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the total amount of the ordered service. The hotel reserves the right to use the obtained card details to charge unpaid additional service costs or any damage incurred during your stay.
1.3 Complaints
In accordance with Article 10 of the Hospitality Act (Official Gazette No. 85/15), the service provider must enable the guest to submit a written complaint. The Hotel’s e-mail is: info@hotelosijek.hr. The legal deadline for responding to a written complaint is 15 days.
1.4 Jurisdiction
For all possible disputes, the place of legal jurisdiction is the Commercial Court in Osijek.
2. Hotel Policy
To make Your stay at the hotel more comfortable, we wish to acquaint You with the Hotel Policy.
Guests can check into the room from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and are expected to check out until 11:00 a.m. the next day. Room occupancy after 11:00 a.m. will be additionally charged. In addition to the bed and breakfast service, the hotel charges an additional €1.33 tourist tax and €0.13 guest insurance per day per person. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax, and children from 12 to 18 years of age pay 50% of the tourist tax.
We recommend that guests deposit their valuables in the Front desk safe or in their own room safe. The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of valuables left in the room safe.
Guest Regulations
It is not allowed: to bring inflammable or explosive materials with strong odors; using devices with speakers that could be heard outside of the room; using your own iron as well as using an electric cooker or heaters in the room. Hotel reserves the right to confiscate any item that is not allowed.
Please do not disturb other guests by noisy and inappropriate behavior.
Laundry washing and drying within your room is not allowed. Please use the hotel’s laundry services.
Hotel guests can receive visitors only in public areas of the Hotel. Only registered room occupants are permitted in hotel rooms.
In case of any damage to the Hotel property, a guest is required to recompense it.
Guests are expected to respect the Hotel Policy, otherwise the Hotel is free to cancel its further service and request payment for the services rendered by that date.
